What do I do if I forget my user name or password?

There's three simple choices:
A) Just go to: http://cityxpressonline.com/reset_pwd.php You can either copy and paste this link, or find it on the "Log In To Your Account" page, under the "Login" button. There you will see a sentence that reads "If you forgot your password click here to reset it".
Once on this page, enter the e-mail address you used to create your account in the blank box and click on "Submit". We will reply to you within 24 hours.
B) If you're inside any of our website pages, you would have to go to the fourth red button (from left to right) that says "Contact Us". Complete the form explaining your question. Don't forget to include your personal information (name and e-mail address) so that we can find your account and reply to you. Then click on "Send E-mail". We will reply within 24 hours.
C) Just email us directly at office@cityxpressonline.com
Tell us what the problem is, and make sure to include the name and email address you've used to open your account.
