Why is my picture not visible?

If you can't see your picture it could mean that either the file is corrupt or your picture was saved in a format that is not compatible with our system. For best display please upload images only in the .jpg or .jpeg formats.
Also, make sure that your image names are no longer than 20 characters, all in lower case, and contain no spaces.
To change the name of your image, just right click on it and choose rename, then rename it with all lower case letters, 20 characters or less and no spaces.
Example: if the original image name is "Me and My shadow.JPG" you can change it to me_and_my_shadow.jpg or just shadow.jpg
To change the file format, for example a .bmp to .jpg you need to use an image processing program such as Photoshop, Fireworks or Picasa.

Just load your picture in irfanview and choose "file-save as" and choose jpg
Don't forget to rename your file accordingly when you do.
